I brought a puppy mix back in June 2009 from Just puppies in Casselberry Florida. My puppys paper work had the name Tina Carr from Simply Puppies, Missouri State as the breeder. I later looked her up and found negative reports from the USDA! This breeder was sited for having a hundred dogs out side in cages, in 40 degree weather without the proper bedding and id collars. Had my puppy been healthy I would have never cared to find information about the breeder, however soon after I brought my puppy home, he developed a red raised rash on all his paws which the Vet said is a parasite called Demodex that is passed on from the mom during birth. This is my first time owning a dog and I am embarrassed that I did not educate my self enough to know that buying dogs from a pet store is horrible idea. After reading different article about big time pet stores and their involvement with puppy mills, I became furious!

We got this dog "Lewis" from a neighbor who could no longer care for him. He's 2 yrs old and we are curious if he is a Chorkie. Either way he's a wonderful boy.
