i watched the movie Hachi this weekend, it was such an amazing tell. The story really happened in Japan but in the movie it took place in America. A professor finds an akita and the dog waits on him everyday at the train station to come home, one day the professor died. The dog Hachi spent the next nine years of his life waiting on his master to come home. He would wait all day infront of the station. In Japan in Tokyo square there is a statue honoring the dogs memory. It was a moving tale of true friend ship. In my opinion dogs possess a greater ability to love than we could ever obtain. Dogs love honestly and expect nothing in return, they protect and seek nothing but our approval, if only we weak minded humans could love and express compassion like a dog does I think the world would be a better place. I think our friends Boo and the super fast lurcher would love this film as well.

At church sunday the preacher said that dogs wouldn't go to church because they had no souls, this simply isn't true! I was so angry I wanted to tell the man that he was a fool and hit him up side the head but alas I was in church. I found this quote and I agree with it whole hearted-You think dogs will not be in heaven? I tell you, they will be there long before any of us. ~Robert Louis Stevenso
