I have had dogs all my life, mostly large breeds. Now I'm living in a smaller place, so I decided to get a smaller breed. I was going to get a Peke-a-Poo, but the breeder talked my into trying this new mixed breed. She told me that Bichons had better coats than poodles and that this litter had really nice coats. So, I agreed to try a Peke-a-Chon. Well, not only did this little puppy have a beautiful coat, but she also has a fantastic disposition. She is incredibly social--loves people, cats, and dogs of all sizes. She seldom barks unless it is called for. She is extremely intelligent and already knows the meaning of quite a few words at the age of 6 months, including "toy," "potty," and "off." She is fun, lively, curious, and lovable but not clingy. I've taken her on 2 long car trips with no problems. I would definitely recommend this breed!
