Finding the love of my life in a dog

I was getting to take a trip to town in the sidecar. Once he ran and jumped in my arms and took a ride in the sidecar with me, I was hooked. Love at first sight. I can't imagine my life without this big bundle of energy and his big sloppy kisses and boy does he give those freely. When I looked up the characteristics of Boxers I knew this is what I had. Although he has  the body and feet of a Bassett Hound and the nose of one he is all Boxer. He jumps in one of our trees, jumps in the sidecar when my husband starts it. I don't get to ride anymore.
