We adopted Mia just before Thanksgiving in November '07. She was left at a vet's office and asked the vet to find a home for her. My friend worked for this vet and told me about her. We fell in love with her! She is spoiled rotten, and she has her issues, but she has come a very long way! Before the previous owner gave her up, Mia was placed in 6 different homes in 3 months as the owner tried to find a home for her. She was nervous for several months after we adopted her, but she fit right in now, and our home is definitely her home! Thankfully she was crate trained and potty trained when we got her. She does require a lot of attention. She is a snuggle-bug at night. She loves to lay beside you and even likes under the covers. She loves to be loved on with kisses, massages, and ruffling of the ears!
