Chelsea is a tiny Pek-a-tese. Having a body of a Pekingese. Her muzzle is longer and has a very slight under-bite. Her facial marking is quite expressive. I think she could be a 'sleeve' Pekingese if she were a pure pekingese. She can be aloof at times.
