We were looking to adopt a dog and we found bonzo we paid lots of money for him - 100Pounds. It took lots of late nights, i even had to sleep downstairs on the sofa with him to stop him from barking and waking the whole neighbor-hood up. He came to us at 3years old and he was very timide had never had a walk - he wasnt leash trained and the people we bought him off didnt have a collar or a leash. The JRT (JackRussellTerrier) side of him comes out when he hears squeaky noises he starts hunting and looking under the sofa for some kind of rodent he will not calm down for a long time. he is mainly corgi but with a JRT head, and tail. He came to us very scared of everyone and everything, even if we just went across the road to a local shop for 2minutes he would have wee'd all other the floor. He has got better now but i think he had a traumatic up-bringing. we suspect he had been beaten in the past as he used to flinch for no reason when we would walk over to him. Cojacks are Very vocal dogs, not like barking and howling but they make a kind of moaning noise - to try and communicate with us. If you are thinking about bouying or adopting a Cojack then please do they are very lovely dogs and are extremely rewarding and very entertaining creatures. xxx
