Rigby was born purely out of love! HA, actually my friend has a Japanese Chin named Biscuit and her sister has Westie named Sky...and well, one thing led to another. I adopted Rigby and my sister adopted his sister Lucy. Rigby was the last born, however, he is not the runt, Lucy is. Rigby is the only one of the four that was born brindle and white, the rest are all black and white. Except the first born (Pinky) who has a little brindle in her!
