We initially got his sister Leelah at a shelter. We had wanted a male originally, but the shelter made a mistake and thought that Leelah was a male. After a few weeks, and Alvin was not adopted out, our family made another trip to Tenn. to get him so he can have a wonderful home with his sister. He is so very loving, sensitive, and want to please you all the time. He is my boy... and I take every opportunity to let him sleep on the big bed while we watch the tube at night.
