I was taking my Lab Collie, 'Lucky', to the vet. Something wasn't right and I knew it. (you know when your dog isn't right). I was apprehensive about the appointment, and had some time to kill, so I thought I'd stop in to a pet shop and get her a treat of some sort of treat. Long story short, I left with Emma instead.
As it turns out, Luck had cancer, and had to have 2 surgeries to beat it, but 3 years later, she is still with us.
Lucky and Emma are best of friends, and I believe in my heart she has helped keep Lucky young at heart.
