"Smiles" (real name unknown) was found on June 15, 2010 on Hwy 99 in Des Moines, WA. His condition indicated that he has been traveling alone for a long time. I am currently caring for him and he is rebounding very well. He is not nuetered or chipped, his color is chestnut brown and black, he appears to be a mix of Dachshund and Scotty. The vet estimates him to be between 3 and 4 years old. He is a lovable, well-behaved, affectionate, house-broken, dog and based on his desire to explore I'm afraid he may have gotten away on his owners. I'm hoping to find the owners because I'm sure they are heartbroken and missing Smiles a lot.
