While I was driving to school one morning this little black puppy walked in front of my car and I HAD to stop. She was tired, hungry, and a complete mess from head to toe. I took her to a friends house and gave her a bath and we went to the vet to make sure that she was okay. At the vet's office they asked me for her name, at the moment I knew that I would not be able to give her up. Ruby got a clean bill of health and found her forever home. She has become my life, and my little shadow. I can't imagine life without her now, she brings me such joy and happiness!
