I was 4 weeks old when I was rescued with my mom and 3 other siblings from this horrible place called a pound. Some nice ladies came and bailed us out. They told us they were going to love and care for us at their Rescue until we were old enough to find new homes.
Mommy found my mom one day on Petfinder when she decided she wanted a dog instead a boring old cat. She applied at a lot of places before she found my mom. When she applied the nice ladies emailed her and told her my mom had been adopted they then said they had me and my brother and 2 sisters available. They sent her the pictures. She said she would love to have one. I had to wait 3 whole weeks before she was able to get me. It felt like forever. The nice rescue lady met my mom on June 11, 2007 at the Hamburg Petsmart in Lexington, KY. I was about 12 weeks old when she got me. Once the rescue lady handed me over I never looked back. I knew my mommy was mine even when she handed me off to someone to hold me for a minute so she could put my crate together. That was 4 years ago and boy have I turned out pretty good. As of right now I am an agility dog and am practicing to get my Canine Good Citizen. I hope I pass.
