She followed my kids home from the school bus one day and she fit perfectly in my hand. I thought she was a really young puppy because she was so small. The vet told me she was actually around six months old. We found her "owners", brought her to them, and within 24 hours she came back to our house again. We decided to keep her since it was obvious they weren't taking care of her. I had always been a "big dog" fan and thought little dogs were whiny and scared all the time. Munchkin changed my opinion very quickly on this and I realized she had as much guts and gumption as our Labrador Retriever and our Belgian Malinois. She fit right into our family, loves the cats, and has brought a lot of love and laughter into our home.
