We got Nala when she was 8 weeks old. She had ringwrom and a hernia. She was prescribed meds for her ringworm and her hernia is going to be fixed when she gets fixed at 6 months. she is sweet, gentle and affectionate.

hi there, I saw your picture and was wondering if our dogs are siblings, did you get Nala from near Frankfort (sp?) Ontario? They have the same birthdate is why I ask (and its not the most usual breed!) Our pup is Chewbacca, pics on this site. He is too sweet as well. I wonder if they are related...

Yes it was an older man! That is so cool, we have told Chewy we found his sister, hee hee. Yes I agree they look identical. Can you tell me how much Nala weighs now? Chewbacca already weighs 25 pounds (yikes). He had Giardia (parasite) but it is cleared up now with the meds the vet gave us. He is such a sweet puppy. We'll have to keep in touch as they grow.

hi there! We are 3 weeks into training at Pet Smart, puppy classes, very basic but it has helped us. Chewbacca is still biting us too but he is getting better. From what I recall from our last dog it's normal puppy behavior. Our last dog was really high strung and Chewbacca seems very laid back compared to her! He is slowly catching on to housebreaking too...we look forward to when he can run freely in the house! Talk soon, keep us filled in as Nala grows and how things go and I will too. I am very interested in just how big they will get! My husband thinks Chewbacca looks very Newfie too, he is very beautiful. So is yours! Cathy
