Not being the "Queen Bee." Sophie's Story & Details
We did the Wisdom Panel DNA test and it revealed Sophie is a German Shorthair Pointer x Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever! We NEVER would have guessed this! This is why I like the test. You cannot define on appearance alone. Sophie is a rescue from a litter of 5 pups who we think were abandoned by a breeder because they couldn't be sold. They all have a shorhair coat, and of the five, three have GSP coat color, one tricolor (Sophie) and one B&W. It's funny how the genetics work in that she doesn't have Toller physical features. She has the personality characteristics of both breeds - energetic, loyal and smart as a whip.
