Danni is a 3.6 pound bundle of energy. And from all signs she won't be a very big adult, which is both good and bad. Her small size will make her very easy to take with me as a companion, but the trouble starts when I try to find toys, collars and things for her small stature. I had the same problem when I had my dachshunds, so I started my own small dog, toy and gift company. It was a web based business which did pretty well, but only because I sold things to friends and family. But due to my getting laid off I had to close the business down after a few months. Now however, with Danni in my life I've decided that, despite the economy, I would start the business up again. Danni is finally getting the hang of potty training and has graduated to getting a piece of a baby carrot as a reward. I had tried small and tiny biscuits, but she just didn't seem to like them so we tried the tiny carrots and she loves them. She loves them so much that when she comes in from her trip outside she will sit and wait patiently while I cut up a carrot for her, then she will politely take it and go off to her pillow to enjoy her treat.
