Today has been a strange day. So im sat in the lounge minding my own business when out of no where she just grabs me. She scoops me up and carries me into the conservatory. At this point i make no fuss, i have no idea what is happening to me, i usually come in here for food but wait, whats that. Oh NO!!! Shes only gone and fished out the old clippers. Shes plugged them in and everything. So i stand there thinking 'OK, this might not turn out so bad, she might make me look kinda cool'. I take it like a man, i turn when she says to, i roll over for her to do my belly, I even let her do my tail. She however does not want me to look GOOD, she wants me to look like some sort of poodle. She makes my tail have a puffy ball on the end, she leaves my legs when she gets half way down, she stops at the top of my neck with no consideration to how i want it. So after an hour we finally get to stop, i follow her upstairs to get the hairs off in the bath (i hate the bath but i would rather not be itchy). She washes me and makes me smell like soap again which i hate, i am not a girl, im a boy, i should smell like one. But then as i get out of the bath, she lifts me up and to my horror i see myself in the mirror. i stare at myself, i dont believe what i am seeing......i look like a lion! So i run downstairs and show off my new look which i am actually quite liking now, i dont have to wait hours to dry and i only take 5 minutes in the bath to wash the bubbles off. And i just know that the other dogs ae all completely jealous of my new hairdo, i can tell. so all in all not such a bad day in the end, i wasnt keen but at least im glad i did it. Now im off to hide the clippers again.
