I love my Pugairn
I love my Pugairn, people complement how cute she is all the time. She is very smart and was easy to train.
She is so cute, she has got to be the most adorable dog I have ever seen and people stop to pet her all the time because she is so cute and sweet. She is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever had, she does well with young children and she behaves herself around cats. Everyone just loves her. At the time there was only one breeder in the US it just happened to be in North Carolina about an hour away from where my husband and I live. If I could find another breeder I will probably get another Pugairn. Great personality, so playful and sweet. She got attacked by a Pit Bull a couple of months ago and it has not effected her friendliness. She is very happy go lucky dog. I believe she would be great at agility. I want to get her into some classes, she loves to crawl through tunnels and jump over things. oh my gosh I was so happy to see there is actually a web site for my puppy. I own a male white poodle and a female chocolate colored chihuhua and they made the cutest babies!!! Her first litter was 3 babies all born looking like mom then they started to get long wire like hair. Very very crazy looking. Everyone wanted them, so they were released to great homes and are living the high life. A year later she had 2 more babies all looking the same way and I gave one away to a close friend and the other is mom's little man, he is the sweetest 4 pound dog you have ever seen, He loves to cuddle and love and when I come home from work he greets me with a little howl, everytime as if he is saying hello. He does tend to bark alot, at birds, at the wind when the leaves blow at every person who comes over even the people he knows!
He gets along great with his mom and dad, But does not like when my friends or family bring over the puppies from the past litter or even his sister. I do have a 9 year own daugher who loves to play with him, and normally he will put up with her but when he has had enough he lets her know but nipping her, he has never bit down but he does warn her. As a baby he loved to sleep in my neck on my shoulder, at about 3 months he decided he wanted to sleep on the pillow in between my husband and I and he likes to be on his back feet up in the air. I would like to ask any one if there chipoo's tail is almost the same length as his body because when my little norman get excited his but kind of curvse towards his head and his tail smacks him in the face. OMG he is so cute I will post pictures soon now that I found this web site. Pookie was a Birthday gift to my fiance. She is 8 weeks old and 3 pounds currently. She's just perfect, as we love short faced dogs, she's so lovable.

We just bought a snorkie in May. We love her very much. she looks just like a big yorkie but with curly hair and schnauzer build. She does have that high pitched yorkie bark, but very sweet and loving. She loves to play and dig!

My dog Charlie is a Cairn Terrier/Poodle mix, he is half of each breed. When my husband and I decided that we would like to add a dog to the family, we had to consider our 3 year old active son. After doing some research and talking to owners of each breed we decided on a Poocan or Cairnoodle because of the non-shedding coat and intelligence of the Poodle side, and the friendly nature and high energy of the Cairn side. We have had Charlie for almost 6 months now and he is all that we could have hoped for in a dog. He is very active and extremely smart. He was house broken quickly, and is a perfect match for our son because he is so friendly, and almost patient with him. If you are considering a rescue a Cairnoodle would be great for any family who is active and looking for a great companion!

She is possibly the best puppy I could ever have. She learns so quickly! It only took her 4 times to learn how to shake and she has never forgotten once. She can be a little stubborn at times when she wants to follow her nose, but otherwise she is not leashed when I let her outside and she knows her bounderies. I get so many complements on how pretty she is. She looks like a chocolate lab except for her floopy ears, big sunken puppy eyes, extra skin around her neck and her bloodhound back legs. I would recommend this breed to anyone who is a hound fan, it is the perfect mix.
