Star

I have owned Star now for 6 weeks he is the brother to my other dog-tinkerbell. He will be 5 yrs on 25th March. He is a heavyset dog shaped like a labrodar. Brown-brindle in colour. He had stafford ears and a tail that churls up like a stafford. He is over weight at the moment and has to lose 9lb to be down to 26kg. He stands at 23inchs. only defect is his little toes have not grown to full length so have to clip his claws regularly as they do not reach the ground. Also a vet nurse noticed he is flat footed. He can be a little nervous but very loving a sweet natured and wants to please he has settled in with my 2 dogs very well. Is rather timid so loves having his sister to show him at to be! Did start by fostering but decided to keep him.

Peter the Pinny-Poo

This my good friend Peter. He was born on July 30, 2007, in Columbus, Ohio. I think he may actually be the long lost brother of Willy, the other Pinny-Poo listed here. He is a wonderful pup, with a smart brain and a loving heart.

Chocolate Lab / Chessie mix

She is dark brown with medium soft wavy hair and gold chessie eyes. Everywhere I take her people stop me to tell me how beautiful my dog is!!! Guard-dog with no problems to mention. High energy, heavy chewer, excellent retriever. My girl was a spoiled puppy, and now she is a little needy. She is only 18 months old now, and is starting to become a bit more stubborn/willful, and more protective. I hear these are cheasapeak traits, and they have not full developed. I feel responsible to say that she has been a hand full at times, particularly in respect to playful bitting.

Bennie Our Rat-A-Pap

Bennie is our 1 year old Rat-a-pap. His mother is a purebreed Rat Terrier & his father is a purebreed Papillion. He is short haired with black, brown and white coloring. His ears are very large and stand up. He is very loving and full of energy. he loves other dogs and cats. Bennie is also a very good mouser. He is very smart and cought on to all training very quick. One thing that is a problem is that when he gets loose he likes to wander & does not come to you when he is exploring. Bennie is a very clean smelling dog & rarley requires a bath. He likes to jump on you & does best with older children. He loves to ride in the car & don't like to be left behind. If so, he pays you back by getting into trouble.

Jake

We acquired Jake approx 7 years ago as a 6 wk old puppy. Mum was a farm Jack Russell and dad was an apricot miniature poodle (won many shows).
We already had 2 german shepherds, 6 cats, a rat, and a couple of rabbits.

Jake fitted in from the word go. The shepherds were cautious at first but soon accepted him. He teased and tormented them by day and curled up to sleep with them at night. The cats tolerated him and he soon learned that chasing them was not good idea as it usually ended with a scratched nose.

Grandchildren started to arrive shortly after we got Jake, each baby was taken in his stride and despite the hair and ear pulling there was never a growl or snarl to be heard As the children have got older they love to play with Jake.
Unfortunately, both shepherd within two years of each othe and we acquired another puppy, a cross gsd/border collie. Jake accepted the puppy with no problems and they are now best friends.

He has been very easy to train, is very obedient and is a lot of fun to own. I would certainly have another Jackapoo.

Maggie the Beabull

Our beautifull beabull, Maggie, is 4 months old now and she's been a wonderful addition to our family. She gets along very well with our other small dogs, both female, a one-year-old French Bulldog and an 8-year-old Toy Fox Terrier, and with our three teenage daughters who just love her to pieces. We had no idea what to expect when we took Maggie as a "rehome" from a woman with a toddler son who realized having a puppy was just too much to handle. What a lucky day for us!

Maggie is very happy to share the attention with our Frenchie, Mia, who is still a puppy herself and used to being the "baby" of the family. There's been little or no jealousy issues. Maggie can be food possesive, thinking every treat is for her, but she's learning to take turns. She's quite intelligent and understands "sit" and "down" so far. We plan to take her to obedience class once she is 5 months old.

Her markings make her truly unique. She has black "Cleopatra eyeliner" around both eyes, is mostly white with red patches and freckles, especially on her belly, which is really round and she loves to have rubbed! She's super affectionate and we let her behave like a lap dog, even though it looks like she will outgrow being the right size for it.

She's full of puppy energy, loves to run around the yard, play fetch, and chew, chew, chew! She does bark when she wants attention, which we are working on.

We have no idea how big she'll get. Right now she's 15 pounds and 10 inches tall. She's got short legs and a long body, floppy ears and an itty bitty bulldog tail. I've seen pictures of other beabulls with beagle tails, so I guess this is random genetics.

We highly recommend the beabull as a great family pet. They are very loving and friendly, have enough energy to keep up with kids and have enough bulldog in them to relax and be mellow. A wonderful combination!
